      Starter Themes are called frameworks too, they're just stand-alone themes. If you're searching for 'code libary', you can try: http://gantry-framework.org, http://themehybrid.com/hybrid-core, https://github.com/LiftUX/UpThemes-Framework.

        Ah yes, I'm looking for that kind of code library. Actually I was thinking about wooframework vs hybrid vs gantry. What would you suggest between those frameworks?

          I would suggest to look at how regularly framework is updated. Every one has own pros & cons.
