    I got a totally different experience from Alexis.

    Case arrived here in Portugal pretty quickly, the case eventually broke, I sent them an email asking for a replacement, got a response in 15minutes asking for my address. Great costumer service, the case is thin, subtle, with no branding, just what I wanted. I don't usually post things about this kind of stuff but these guys impressed me.

      Just curious, have you been using anything to protect the glass screen? Has yours fared well without one?

        No, nothing besides the peel cover. So far no problems, but if you're a bit clumsy I suggest something stronger that adds extra protection to the phones edges.

        Hey Marshall, it's been another month and noone's contacted her despite what you said in the other Peel sponsored thread . Even just a message to her would be great. I keep vouching for you but I don't know why at this point. It seems like a lot of people aren't satisfied with Peel's customer experience.
