Anchor CMS isn't a bad option. Although it hasn't had a new version release for quiet some time. And as far as I know, I've found a few bugs that does limit the functionality of the site that have yet to be addressed in a stable release (I run The Start FM on Anchor CMS for over a year and still haven't seen great support/community feedback.

      Looks like the fix has been implemented at some point, I would've thought it's made it into a stable release as well.
