If you have a basic understanding of PHP or another server side scripting language you can very easily write your own to pull from either some markdown files or a database, why use a CMS if it would be overkill? That said I've heard good things about tidycms and similar flat file static site editors. otherwise, why not put something together with ghost or octopress :)
