    Really enjoyed this Samuel, keep it up! Although I must say, I really wanted to hear what you had to say about that pricing table. Using the per-credit price as the headline, and the full price as the small print...dastardly!

      Totally agreed! I didn't want to get lost in the weeds with it, but that whole upsell page could have gotten reviewed on its own. Lots of tricks being played there, for sure!

        It must be kind of fun to work there on the UX team. Fun in the same way that being a stormtrooper would be fun (for a while, at least). You could really test out some dark patterns.

          I like to think every designer is invested in making the users of their products into better people. I hold that impression until proven otherwise, which has been reassuringly infrequent.
