    I saw Creative Market doing some of that here on DN. I don't mind people and publishers self-promoting and such, but at least in Creative Market's case, the content was Buzzfeed level (low) quality clickbait.

    The DN guidelines already addresses that:

    Inappropriate Content

    • Using voting rings either among friends, within a company, or using dummy accounts.
    • Using inflammatory, misleading, or click-bait headlines on otherwise acceptable content.

    Unacceptable Content

    • Spam
    • List-format articles ("10 ways to...", "30 examples of...", etc.) that are largely advertorial in nature.
