I work at an agency, so I obviously think its great to outsource design work, but I feel like your website about how awesome your internal design team is, should be done by your internal design team and not another agency.
With that said, the site looks nice with some neat touches, but very heavy. Hope the push is a real effort for quality design as they've recruited nearly every designer in the South bay as of recent.
