    At one of my previous gigs, this was alway a huge problem. Everyone read Lean Startup and jumped right into thinking that meant putting up crap. Then they wondered why it didn't work.

      Honestly the culture needs to embrace it or it won't work. However you need to be part of the drilling continually to get them to understand it. Has to start somewhere :)
