    I just see Ello as a cleaner Tumblr. They keep saying things like not an ad network like Facebook etc. But it's currently content is nothing like Facebook so not understanding how there's any comparisons.

    However if someone wants in on the walked garden I've got invites lurking about.

      Assuming the Facebook reference is because they call themselves a social network (at least whoever posted the link did) and Facebook is the de facto social network at this time.

      Sounds kinda like tumblr with a Path monetization strategy minus subscriptions?
