Every time I hear about an idea, or someone wanting to build a product, be it the "Next Shazam!" or "Like Uber but for ___" it is extremely easy to forget the initial goals or to research or test or something along those lines. This presentation may help you keep yourself on the right path.

Probably the hardest part is to convince the project promotor to really slim down the idea to the most essential part that can be achieved in 3 days.
