Print media were bad enough before. Lockdown will make digital media rise even more. It will result in further shift in price range in digital vs. print image licences if there is still difference.

It's questionable whether it will help remote work platforms, if companies cut down budgets on freelancers, though...

Thanks for the comment, we really appreciate it.

To explain, in the first place we wanted to help by giving up profit for those images. We could see that corona theme was trending in our search results and we also wanted to motivate artists to create more images, since there was not enough of them.

We offered artists option to let people download images for free, to warn and inform neighbours and people in general about how to behave to stop the spread.

Also many of our artists got stuck in quarantine zones, so we let people the option to pay for a licence even on free images if they want to support them.

I'm sad it wasn't clear from our website. Next time we will try to communicate more clearly.
