This is really a nice move by Adobe. I think XD is catching up pretty fast since I used it first back in 2017. With support for sketch files and now this Starter plan, I hope the next thing is a push to developing plugins for XD. That would give a great boost since I know many designer friends who just can't do without Sketch and its plugins.

Hadron can be one solution that you're looking for. It helps in making designing through code visual.

Woah! So this is great for developing responsive websites. It would definitely bring designers' and developers close as to understand how their designs are translated. I also think Hadron is better than Anima. Excited to see how it unfolds.
