I've been using a Thatsit balans chair for the past 5 years. I've been fairly happy with it, although I wish the build quality was better for how pricy it is.

I really like that I can move between kneeling and sitting throughout the day.

Was about to say the same. This would be really handy for marketing sites too where you want to abstract the interface a little bit.

Add Statamic to your list as well. Statamic and Craft are my go to cms's depending on what the needs are.

I had a lot of pain at the front of my right shoulder for a bit too, and I found that changing from the wide apple keyboard to the smaller one helped a lot. I read somewhere that for every degree your arm is rotated out from directly in front of you it puts exponentially more strain on your shoulder.
