I see that you did four interviews. How do you determine how many interviews are necessary to get sufficient product design insights? I would skew higher, but it does seem like you got exactly what you needed out of four people.
Also, it would be great to get insight to how you performed those interviews!
LOL. Love the Harry Potter reference. When I made the switch from working at an agency to being a freelancer, I thought net-30 terms were the norm (we did that at my agency with some larger clients). But as a freelancer I quickly realized that it was a freaking nightmare for cash flow. That was a rough couple months!
I've found that it can be helpful on selling clients, too. When you show the creative process, they're more likely to understand the value of that creative process-- it's more than simple deliverable production, which is usually all that clients see.
Another piece of feedback. While seeing the portfolio site is nice, getting more insight to the creative process would help lure in potential clients. Here's a post I love from Lauren Holliday about writing case studies that win clients: https://www.invisionapp.com/blog/how-to-write-case-study/
The documentation on the creative process here is fantastic and I recommend people read it. Really cool to see the progress of the art direction!

When my math brain has been struggling, I've actually written ratios on post-its to properly visualize them. Love the simplicity of this.
