We are using Streamline icons, and especially v3 is really really nice
Mainly JIRA, however I personally add Things for minor tasks where no board is available.
If you would be selling the same thing all the time: yes. However, that's not what we do - at least I'm not. Every project is different, has different requirements and starting points. Yes, this makes comparing costs for customers very difficult at first, but I believe that it is very important to talk to the customer first about what he wants so you can make him and offer that is best suited for him.

The tab bar feels crowded, cluttered and so does the "new" content are. For me as a developer it is important to see the latest commit message for the files and when the last version was commited. Feels like the designer should have taken the time to talk to some other developers...
I like it! Clean and modern. Just one thing: you should add a valid ssl certificate and redirect every site to https.
where did you get that secondary keyboard?
