Ok, I've updated it to have a more expected behaviour when you click on 'Work'. Refresh refresh!
I'm keen to differentiate content types, and to highlight the type of content featured. Carefully varying the alignment of the text is one such way of doing that.
I'm using Cloudflare as a CDN.. Good idea re https.. and YES webp images look amazing. I'm going to have to do that. Any ideas on the fallback mechanism for older browsers?
Thanks for the feedback everyone. Re tech process I kept it old school deliberately so I could keep everything small and quick - so straight HTML/CSS/JS, taking the Foundation framework, stripping out the unnecessary gumph and even editing font files to take out the unused glyphs.
Interesting that the Work nav feels broken. I'll review that.
