I'm weird and just like an image centered in white. Usually grab an image from here: http://greyhandgang.com/
Shockingly similar to Reporter.
Searched through DN and didn't see any posts about this man. He has created some of the best SciFi interfaces in recent memory. Maybe he can be the next AMA? His process seems really intriguing and different from those currently on DN.
Toss on 45:33 and get errthang done.
"And I have a gosh darn Segway."
Someone make a Chrome extension that does this, pls.
This is exactly what I mean, you're taking his words at face value and not seeing where is coming from. Watch the interview. It is dumb to have this conversation, but it is one that needs to be had because throwing around the word insane isn't right, even if what he is doing isn't 'rational' or 'logical' by normal standards.
Why? I can't help but disagree with this, especially after hearing his BBC stuff and then the Jimmy Kimmel interview. He is totally aware of how he is seen and uses that to his advantage. Sure he takes swings at reporters but everyone can agree that would get on your nerves.
We gave him a pedestal and he used it, and he has over and over he is aiming to use that for creative impact. Of course he has missed the mark on a few occassions, I'll give you that, but calling him insane isn't the right thing to do.

I once had a client that was under the impression that he owned 100% of my time because he was paying me. We talked schedules several times before he emailed me with a request and then seven minutes later an email asking where the update was. After I explained it would take some time, he demanded the work be completed right then. At that time I told him that I would complete the work but it will be the last thing I do for him.
It is totally OK to drop bad clients and people should. Bad/mean/demeaning clients take up time dealing with their bad-ness, and that isn't time you need to waste.
