Framer is (for me) quickly creating and iterating on complex interactions. My brief time using Flinto for Mac has shown it to be more of a easy and quick way to construct quality workflow prototypes, with natural interactions (basically a step beyond what Flinto previously was).
In any case it seems like they could work powerfully together, though each serving a specific need. Nathan, correct me if I'm missing more of the power that FfM is offering.
