That's good to know!
I want to dig it, but my early 2013 mbp has the exact same specs and is purring along just fine.
I hadn't seen this yet. Nice resource, thanks.
I think Sketch has the most comprehensive symbol/component system by far at this point. Figma + Studio are nowhere near Sketch at this point IMHO.
I'd echo the other comment mentioning code libraries as well. It's tough to beat the real thing. Pair up with a developer at your gig (if possible) and work out a re-usable code component library. Picking up Sass/css and bootstrap should be enough to get you pretty far into devving it yourself too.
The title is a little misleading as the article is about the user's "sense of security" and not actual security. Good points made in the article though, if a little high-level.
I had a similar reaction. It's amazing how far behind most new prototyping tools are compare to Axure (5+ years ago!). If you can deal with an ugly UI, Axure is still the most powerful prototyping tool, next to code.
Great write up! Thanks for sharing the details of this process, I love seeing how other designers work at the nitty gritty level.
Nice site design – but as someone not familiar with their products, I have no idea what they do or sell? Sounds like some sort of healthy, simple grocery store items? Closed the tab confused..
Neat idea, 1/2 blank, 1/2 lined. I will never drop $20 on a stack of paper though.

+1 for Axure. They seem to be worse at Marketing than all these new fancy tools, but everything else is still catching up to Axure in terms of features!
