How are you powering the blog. Is that just another compiled template and you recompile your whole site when you update the blog?

  • Posted to PayPal sues Pandora over confusingly similar logos, May 24, 2017

"PayPal is asking the court to order Pandora to stop using its new logo and to pay for damages. It also wants the streaming service to promise never to do anything that could lead people into believing that it's connected to the payment platform again."

What damages could have been caused, you opened the wrong app and then closed it and go to the correct one. I think there is a slight similarity on the account of them both being 'P's but really I don't think this has merit. One has two p's the other is a singular one. If they were the same service I'd agree about confusing people.

That animated reveal on the homepage is really slick. Very nice!

Great work. On some of your pictures you have descriptions but not all of them, maybe make it a bit more consistent. I'm on the Pool project and there are images of coding but I'm not sure of the context. I can assume what I'm being shown but its probably better to be a bit more explicit.

I actually read this because it was so entertaining. The terms at the bottom of their emails are great as well.

Good point. That's kind of what I was thinking about, what the average user would do and what would be easier for them. I'd assume most non-tech users wouldn't be using Cmd + Click as an option and right-clicking a link is tedious. Classic case of different uses for different folks.

That's interesting, for me the expected action would be opening in a new window. I can always close accidental windows opened but sometimes opening in the same window screws up what I was doing.

Is opening a new tab really that troublesome versus having your current window being redirected?
