Not ~exactly~ the same, sure, but definitely on the heels of Medium, Dropbox, etc's revival of 1960s and 70s sketchpad illustration style.
These are all on Dropbox's current site.

"illustrations that don't follow the trend at all"
Aren't they directly following the scratchy illustration/collage trend started by Medium, Dropbox, Intercom, etc, several years ago?
There's an occasional lag maybe 2-3x a week, but still much better than dealing with enormous Sketch files.
I switched to Figma in December and haven't looked back to Sketch at all. Managing a live-updated design system in the cloud makes 1000% more sense to me than a design team trying to simultaneously access .sketch files.
I prevent team members or clients from peeking into my designs by keeping preliminary sketches in a separate file outside of the main Project space. And then only promote them to the Project (or Team Library) when ready for review.
Thanks Marten!
Love the idea. I tried to tweet about it but as someone else said, got an alert saying it couldn't post because it might be "automated or spam."
I've called myself "a web designer" for nearly 20 years in the industry and not once in any job in any context has someone asked me to clarify or change it or suggested it mattered to any of the work I do.

Gotcha, thanks! You guys have done an amazing job with this. It's a long time coming in this industry and as someone who's been in it a long time, it's a relief to see.
Re: syncing with code, I think I meant: if I change an icon in Figma, I want the SVG code to be pushed to Zeroheight and then via Zeroheight a way to push to a Github repo which can then be merged with production code. Or, say, if I change the properties of a font in the type system, it will push that CSS live. Or is this currently possible and there's something I'm not understanding? Admittedly I'm a designer not a developer so certain intracacies of that stuff might be lost to me.
