Okay, I found something now: https://github.com/jreinhardt/handkerchief . This pulls all issues into an html file for offline use. Its a little rough, but it works an the author is adding some more stuff at the moment.

I did try it, but I does not support offline work as far as I was able to figure out. Every time you open it you have to select a repo and it will run a fetch on it.

Well, its mostly flexible anyway, is it not? I do use a 12 column grid as well though, when I do front end design, because it gives enough flexibility without having too tiny columns.
