I cannot vouch for or against Invision as I have only used it during a surface test. I do know of two products that have similar functionality.

I tend to utilize Flinto to test mobile app flows. It has some great stock transitions and can do rudimentary animations. I also like its very simple UI.

And also RedPen.io for feedback.

While these might not be as robust as what I have seen with Invision they do their jobs extremely well.
