would have recommended this when it was supported 3 years ago, but dev has stopped and the creators are unresponsive. Currently in a fraud dispute with RedPen right now.

    A couple things:

    1. Copy matters on a minimal site: There's a grammatical error on the first line, regardless of whether english is your first language I feel like I should point that out.

I create user experiences that doesn’t result in anyone chucking their device out the window.

    should be

I create user experiences that don't result in anyone chucking their device out the window.

But, I would say this isn't the strongest way to start. I like personal work statements and feel like that's the trend (almost like a cover letter) but find them more effective when they are succinct. If you run this sentence through hemingway or read it to yourself it feels a bit unwieldy. What we can do to workshop this is to cut down the last bit of the sentence.

I create intuitive, frustration-free user experiences.

    Succinct, communicates the same idea.

    1. Show your work up front: I think you can fit the grid of work on your "portfolio" page beneath your introduction.

He just went from 0 to fave designer real quick. Cannot believe I didn't seek out who was behind all the UENO and dropbox stuff!

Agreed. If he came out and said "This is shitty, reactionary design with an attempt at being edgy" I'd be okay with that. If he focused on how its bad because they don't communicate anything and leave users a bit confused rather than delighted, that would be a good point. Leave Brittney alone though – don't chew out design teams by name.

We're really trying to highlight what we can offer to our client in this iteration, in addition to beefing up the design. Our products are still very much a part of thoughtbot, but they should also stand on their own.
