I really like the UI animations created here and I agree that the Nest app needs improvements, but the emphasis on weather in this prototype doesn't make sense to me. While I understand that the current app displays the weather in the corner, it is definitely not a large point of emphasis. It seems it's only there currently to reinforce to the user that the temperature displayed in the middle of the UI is indeed the indoor temperature of their thermostat and not the outdoor reading. I think adding weather animations front and center confuses the app's purpose of a simulated Nest hardware interface.
I would check out https://creativemarket.com/search?q=device%20mockup and see what equivalents are going for there. I would also suggest moving the OnePlus to the bottom of the page, I can't imagine the demand on it is greater than the iPhone mocks. Nice photos.
Seems like since last summer, maybe late spring, since the post mentions working with Seattle office. http://paulstamatiou.com/photos/seattle/
Curious about the rollout - still isn't available on my iPhone 6 Plus for some reason.
Just found this looking for font pairing tools for Google Fonts. I really like this. I like the editable content, that's a good idea. It might also be cool if you can change the weight of the fonts (where available). That would be especially useful for headlines, I think.
Thanks for making it, bookmarked.
I signed up for this, got a note that said content would be coming, and then never got anything else.
No matter the battery life, I would still pay $30 just to play with this.
Edit: I got curious and searched Aliexpress, I may have found it. http://www.aliexpress.com/wholesale?catId=0&initiative_id=SB_20150109081316&SearchText=aw08

I like where #2 is headed best. Radio buttons feel out of place, and #1 is a bit confusing color wise. Try to extend the border (with the bg color of the Division tab) on the bottom, left, and right of the selection box - you already have it on the top border. I think that might make it feel more like a child element.
