Interesting concept. In my experience there are usually a few people on a project, including the customer who is approving or signing off designs, the feedback loop is pretty tight between everyone involved, and is usually on-going, but having a colleague (buddy) checking things over in some cases is a good idea.
No probs, good luck with the product. Its not something we would use but we also have a product for reviewing design content, but from a different angle, i.e. post design and not editing the actual designs... it's all about the right tool for the job.
Looks interesting, good work.
sounds good, but not available in the UK
Agreed.
The old icon is way better. I really liked the way they simply and boldly just owned the hash tag in the old design. The new design is just the next wishy washy design along. (imho) But what do I know, I don't own a company like theirs, they must know better.
Going to interviews will give you more interview experience and put you in front of people, this is good experience and since you are early, you have the luxury of time since there is no urgency to get the job.
The length of the process might depending the company and how they recruit but just take it one step at a time and be the best you can be at each stage, again this is just experience gathering. If you don't have all the information about the job, you should definitely ask them what is in included in the offer, they will naturally know this means the salary, benefits etc, there is not point in asking about working hours and basics and they will provide an offer at some point anyway.
Only ask about this things when it feels natural to do so, but you should really concentrate on finding out whether the type of work is matched to what you want to do and the company is one you want to work for, if they see that you are interested in the company and nature of the work, this information will soon be presented to you. Be ambitious about what you want to do, and do for them, rather than what you might get from them.

Have feedback?
Hi,
It really depends on the relationship with the client and the size of the jobs, but approval is usually as soon as possible for each item, usually an artworker/designer will create something, it may get a second look before sending to the client.
Larger teams will have both an internal and external review phases for each version.
We have built a tool (MediaMarkup) that works for both small teams and is integrated into larger production tools, this supports multiple approval groups so can be used for internal and external review.
