What are your favorite Serif fonts?

I want to explore more serif fonts. Please share some of your favorites!

I can start you off with some I really enjoy:

ITC Clearface

Dala Floda (I think it counts as a serif)

Harbour

    the only one i really use is Young Serif but i only just it for headings and it is only in 1 weight. dont really like many others.
