Hey Shashwat, where are you located? I've been actively working on SEO but since it's such a new site Google is taking time to rank it.
But in the US I'm starting to see it rank around the top.

You could achieve that visual effect in a few ways, probably most easily by using "background-position" in CSS

Looks great! Really well done. Would love to see something similar to Petter Nilsson's Chromatic Sketch plugin added. One can dream!
