Seems like an odd question to me.

They're London-based, and targeting a demographic local to them.. That's one likely reason. Another likely reason is the complex business logic that surrounds financial services that often differs between nations, so it likely streamlines their business by not having to worry about foreign exchanges and remittence etc. Not everything has to be for everyone :)
