This is some high quality stuff. I love the whole experience. From details of the typography to the video production. Someone has had a vision.
Very predictable. Quite similar to 80% of the websites out there.
It's nice to follow along with the designs on Dribbble: https://dribbble.com/lonelyplanet
Anybody got screenshots of what I'm supposed to be seeing? I've just got the design that seems to have been up for a good while now; similar to the aesthetic they have on dribbble.
It will be interesting to observe how effective redesign is. Especially what changes will be made based on feedback and analytics.
Fantastic! Nice, clean, vivid. Well done. :)
on mobile, the experience did not engage me at all. It seems like just another referral travel site? Lackluster copy with unoriginal visuals and no clear identity for what they provide.
Nice, clean, dig it.
The site is ok for me, but their photography is just excellent. I spent most of my time just checking out photos.
I've been avoiding that cool scale hover effect when it includes text because it looks so rough and blurry on non-retina screens.
Feels like Paypal.
Looks clean. bottom text in first-fold is not very readable ( may be try a bit with light shade background.)
Rest of this looks good.
