Pocket Casts Trending and Popular Podcast Lists

6 years ago from , Designer at Pocket Casts (Shifty Jelly)

Hey all,

I recently saw some posts about podcast discovery here on DN. Just wanted to mention that we've made our Trending and Most Popular lists available to everyone, hope this helps people discover more great podcasts.

You can also make your own curated podcast lists from within our mobile apps (coming soon to the web app).

Enjoy! :)

    See, you can pay the self-promotion-tax on designers news AND add something of value. Thanks.

    Great to see you here. Absolutely can't live without PocketCasts. Bounced between clients, but after friend recommended this, haven't gone back. Use it every day. Works amazingly well.

    When are you all going to make me pay again for access to the web portal? I want to give you more money!

    Big fan here! I discovered a lot of podcasts via the trending and top tabs in the app. Any plan to add language specific categories? I listen podcasts both in english and french.

    Cheers, François

    This is great, thanks!

    Also, I've tried most of the podcast apps, and Pocket Casts is clearly the winner for my needs. The fact that I can move from my phone to the web player and back and continue where I have left makes it well worth the $, if not underpriced =)

      Yeah. I don't often say this. But it really is underpriced. They offer great value :)

    Btw you have the flickr issue in Safari when hovering over the album art.

    This is one fix for that.

    .no-flickr { -webkit-transform: translateZ(0); -moz-transform: translateZ(0); -ms-transform: translateZ(0); -o-transform: translateZ(0); transform: translateZ(0); }

    Then apply the code to the flickering elements. The titles are flickering.
