I was expecting to read an informative article by one of the best known experts on form design but instead I got some fancy chat inspired page that left me at a dead end when I didn't want to input a question. I also got tired of having to 'answer' Yes/No questions just to keep reading.

I get the excitement/buzz over chat UI but this was just unnecessary!
