What are your favorite speeches, presentations, talks or youtube videos about design? Maybe it's a lecture about design or a series of talks about a typography. What's that one talk that changed the way you think about your work and you think everyone needs to see at least once?

Straight talking, ballsy, to the point.
Purely for entertainment value: Fuck Dropdowns
"Helvetica" – terrific documentary, for many reasons, not just because it's about Typography.
It's about being brave in design, about not being afraid to challenge what has come before you, and also not to be afraid about challenging what's accepted (see the designers who lambast Helvetica). It's about having a passion for what you do, and about being excited by the world you work in.
Rather than a documentary about how Designers are changing the world (not pointing any fingers), it's about the work itself and the stories of the people who are involved.
