Just as an FYI the name makes it really easy to confuse your app (at least I was confused) with https://luckymarmot.com/paw
Yeah, that logo looks extremely similar to Lucky Marmot's rest client named Paw.
I guess there are only so many ways you can draw a paw.
HAH! Paw changed their logo!
Been searching for a good Trello Mac client the last week. This is definitly the best one.
The link appears to be broken :(
Nice! Where is the app icon from? Is that your own creation?
Yeah, just a quick one. I've got a few wrapped web apps in the same style, so needed them to look alike.
Just bought the app, it's really cool! Now I want a PivotalTracker mac app :D
Instantly bought this. I did one myself using Electron, but it was kind of buggy and I was constantly using the web version only. Worth every penny of the 3 bucks for me!
Don't mean to rain on your parade, but is there any difference between Paws and running Trello.com on Epichrome?
I guess the biggest differences are native notification and badging support (which AFAIK Epichrome doesn't have,) a unified titlebar, and a few extra shortcuts.
I personally still love the Trello icon too much in my dock though and won't change from Epichrome.
Can you tell some advantages of Epichrome comparing to FluidApp?
The biggest advantages are separate cookie/local storage for every web app, and the ability to use any Chrome plugin if you're using a web app with the omnibar enabled.)
To add on to that, we'll be adding some more features to Paws for Trello, like a quick add window, card counts on lists and user script & style support later on.
Great! "user script & style support" were my two main points to stick with my current Fluid setup by now. This first version of Paws looks pretty good already, looking forward to see how it evolves ;)
You could always change the icon on mac? Best of both worlds. ;)
I thought it wasn't possible on App Store apps.
Yeah, I have with other apps in the app store. Just took a icon file, dragged it over the app icon while viewing "Get Info" on the app.
Is it built with Electron?
Yeah, it is :)
