The white hand at the start kinda creeped me out. Really like the low poly 3D parts though.
Yeah, it looks pretty out of place TBH. The scroll animations are on point though.

I really dig the "paper architectural model" elements. It feels different.
What I don't like is how the rest of the site feels completely non-cohesive with them. The colors, type, icons and even the app itself are all a completely different style. The result is the really unique visual elements feeling "foreign" and "clashing".
This seems like an unfortunate situation where a cohesive "style" in terms of branding wasn't set from the beginning.
