Was it just me or did the logos almost always look better in Helvetica? The Toyota logo could go either way.
There was a kerning game that I checked out a few weeks back. Now, that was fun!
Pro tip: it's all about horizontal lines. Take a look at the finials and terminals of the lowercase "a" and "e": with Helvetica, they are perfectly level horizontal lines. With Arial, they've got a clearly visible slope to 'em.
