I've been using them for a couple of years and they've been pretty solid. No complaints.

I have alot of problems with these guys. My VPS server ($300/year) has constant downtime issues and when I ask them about it I can never get a clear answer. They will get it online for an hour or two here or there and then poof...it's gone again. Support is very slow at responding to chat.

At one point, they were calling my phone everyday and not leaving messages. I could see that it was them so I asked about it one day when I was having support issues, and they told me it was their sales team. Why couldn't they have simply left a message or emailed me? It seemed really unprofessional and I asked them to take me off the call list.

As it is now, the server completely crashes and since it's a VPS setup it also makes it so my domain does not resolve (custom DNS). I keep asking them what's going on and there is no answer. It will happen again in another hour or so and if I don't say anything my site will be offline...this is not good service.

Yep, they're pretty darn good. Been hosting with them for a few years now without issue.

Don't know how they rate, but you just reminded me that I need to buy a hosting and this is the good timing to buy one. Thanks. :)

I've used them for LAMP based sites before, and their support team is great. They'll chat through and help debug issues with you, fix file permissions, etc.

Their documentation isn't the absolute best, but it's a great service.

I've used them for two years, great customer service.

I love A Small Orange, and recommend it to friends, family, and clients alike. I've been with them for a few years now. Any time I have an issue, it's fixed very quickly. The prices are great. And they often send out surveys that will reward you with $5 or $10 towards your account.
