    And let me guess, taking vacations outside of July will now be frowned upon.

    Just give me 30 (or whatever) days of vacation per year and let me decide when I need off.

    "Summer vacation is back"? Give me a break.

      This break is above and beyond our standard, unlimited vacation policy.

      So it appears you still can also go on vacation another time of the year.

      Why so mean, Taylor? You don't know my company's culture or how we work. Yet the only guess you can make is that we don't care about our employees. Have some faith in humanity, dude. Everyone's not evil.

    I love the philosophy. I feel that I really need enough downtime to remain productive and passionate about the stuff I do. A month of would really benefit me the other 11 months.
