I'm not sure the author understood how user experience really works – which is a major problem with self-proclaimed "UI/UX Designers". Community, what do you think?
It works alright, no? What I got from it is that whenever you create a product you lead your audience through a 3 step process. 1. They see your app (the UI) but haven't interacted with it "the promise. 2. They interact with it, and it does what they want to do, it meets their goals (but it might not be much more than that, and we can only say that the user has had an experience) 3. Because you worked so hard, the user didn't just have an experience, they had a great experience.
