I cannot, don’t even think about it, just plain can’t, make money from MPEG/H.264/AVC videos I create. For that, I need to buy another something from somebody.
Interesting! Wondering what exactly are the rules re this point
"There you are. I took one for the team."
Okay, I kek'd.
Does someone have any background on 20 and 21? What the hell?
- I can’t send it to Sudan.
- I can’t operate a nuclear power plant with it.
Ughh, just great. Now what will I run my nuclear power plant on? Ubuntu?!
You wouldn’t be able to run something 'mission critical' like a nuclear power plant
Glad you picked up on this. I'm having a giggle to myself over the conversation that must have happened in the legal department's office over "can’t operate a nuclear power plant with it."
It makes sense, if you think about it: if you do operate a nuclear power plant with it and the OS crashes and kills millions of people, Apple might be legally liable. However, it's still absolutely hilarious. :)
Haha that's nice. This is my favorite: "Apple isn’t responsible for my hurt feelings for anything I see on the web." Wonder what started that conversation at the lawyers office
I'm pretty sure the author is paraphrasing here
Yeah, of course. But still though, wonder what the background is =)

I can’t sell any of my video rendered on MPEG/H.264/AVC when I use Premiere or Final Cut Pro?
