Responsive Design with complex navigation

Hi everyone.

I have to make few responsive mockups for couple pages:

The biggest challenge is : how to make the left navigation work effectively on mobile?

Here's a page I designed/developed recently that I think is similar to what you're working with: http://ffcu.weebly.com/more.html. I used some javascript to make a fixed header that expands the sections
