Ask DN: Usability Testing Software

Does anyone know of any good usability testing software/service that lets you record screens, the user, and their audio as they go through your site.

I am looking to bring in users into our office and want to install something on my laptop to record them testing the site for about 45 minutes.

All the services I have looked at cost an arm and a leg.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

https://lookback.io/ works on iphone, mac, and Android. Does not support windows.

    yes, they are still fairly new so it might be buggy. It's pretty ridiculous that there aren't more user testing solutions readily available. And setting up a front-facing camera doesn't help with recording tap hot spots. You can also link up Lookback with Invisionapp

  Really like Lookback and it's features, but found some major bugs so far too (screen recording cuts in and out...)
  Otherwise, really cool and will likely replace Silverback for us.

      But, at least for me, doesn't recognise the FaceTime camera on El Capitan unfortunately :(
