    Very good read. As a creative freelancer I have had this feeling more than once. I still haven't figured out how to explain to clients that design is no different than any other profession. Each decision or lack their of carries weight and consequences for the project. Thanks again for sharing.

      Thanks Kurt, indeed... I actually insist to use analogies now when speaking with my clients. I tell them that a plumber can't fix their toilet if they don't open the door. A smelly analogy, I know, but it helps :)
