Very well executed.
That being said, scrolljacking remains a nightmare from which I cannot wake.

  For some of them yes. Rotate is pretty bad with hijacking off.

Making a scroll gesture once scrolls down past 2 'slides' for me, when having hijacking enabled. Which is annoying, because now I can't read half the content.
Google Chrome on OSX.

If I had a word filter for every time scroll-jacking was mentioned on DN half the content on this site would be inaccessible. The dead horse is pretty well turned to glue at this point. Give it a rest.

  It is, it's giving the impression that the panel in front is closer and moving faster as a result. It's not the parallax people are used to, but it is still technically parallax.
