What do you think of a 2-layer menu design in mobile app? Do you find the concept hard to adapt? Or do you agree with the idea?

  An example could be Pocket, which they used 2-layer menu.
  On the other hand, some apps choose to display all menu/submenu options on the same layer. This could be found in most news app (ex: Bloomberg )
