Nordstrom creates an excellent environment for customers — and that's saying something, when the atmosphere for retail is pretty hectic and chaotic. They accept almost any return within reason, and their attention to detail really carries through in their actions.
I always knew that customer service was one of their pillars, but this far exceeded any expectation I had! I couldn't not write about my experience.
