Ask DN: Website "interactive help", best practise?

Good day, dear all! We have a web portal where is most popular audience is 30-35 years old, and for some reasons new members not really easily understood our UI and inside rules.

I want to create an after registration interactive help, but I can't find anything is not annoying a lot.

Maybe you have something to share and show? Some best practices?
