Looks like the same stuff as this.
I have 2 of these stands, one for home and one for work. They are pretty awesome.
They definitely aren't "sticky", so that claim is true, but I would absolutely hate to have this material on a phone case. It will catch and pull on your pockets all day long.
Hey Weston, thanks for the comment!
I'm one of the founders of Mega TIny Corp and the designer of the case. You're right the material is similar to the stands on blue lounge and it's pretty amazing stuff! And surprisingly, it slips in and out of a pocket pretty easily. CNET did review of a prototype I sent them and they actually mention/show the case being slipped into and out of a pocket. Check out there video demo here: http://www.cnet.com/news/zero-g-is-the-spider-man-of-iphone-6-cases/
Have a great day! Carl
I like the idea of the phone case, but i like these stands even more. +1 for awesome thing, I want one now. Doesn't help that I have the iPhone 6+ and I don't think they make a case for it yet.
Not a part of the kickstarter creation.. just the OP. This thing is for iPhone 6 and 6+ cases. You get to pick in the backing survey once it ends I believe (it's somewhere on the campaign)
I can't find anywhere on the Kickstarter page which iPhone this is for, looks like the 5s? Might be worth adding that if its not there :)
6 and 6+ (psst. it's in the title of the kickstarter)
Indeed it is... Still having it in the copy would be easier, I was two thirds down the page when I flipped back to ask
ha no biggie. I just thought it was a neat thing. enjoy your day!
Concept seems awesome (though the part of the video where some guy in a meeting stuck his phone to the wall and started giving a presentation made me laugh at how ridiculous it was). I'll wait for these to be released, if they turn out to actually work and not smash everyone's $500+ phones, I'll be all over them.
Thanks Ed! Agreed, the presentation scene was a little ridiculous! Sorry, we had to show "corporate" use ;)
I'm one of the founders of Mega Tiny Corp and the inventor of the Zero G. For an unbiased demo of the product check out CNET's video review of one of our prototypes: http://www.cnet.com/news/zero-g-is-the-spider-man-of-iphone-6-cases/
If you have any other questions about the case, just let me know! carl@megatinycorp.com
What an awesome idea. Backing this for sure.
Thanks Nick for backing the project! I'm one of the founders of Mega Tiny and we really appreciate your support! I would love your feedback once you get your case!
Best, Carl
