Considering the limitations of the App Store (like no free trials/demos, high piracy rates, converting people who only purchase free apps), I really love how Overcast's business model tackles these issues.

...this is a thing? apple holds onto your money that long?
Kinda - Apple pay's your month's earnings at the end of the next month. So sales made at the start of a month will take close to two months to arrive, whereas sales at the end of a month will take closer to a month.
