One of the best task management apps out there. It's blazing fast. Very complete but not overloaded.
Hm.. I used it for some time and I like it. What I don't like about Things app is that it's OSX/iOS only. Therefore I use Wunderlist.
Thanks for posting this.
I was debating between Todoist, Omni Focus and Things and so when it went free I thought of giving it a serious look. Everything looks fine enough except a major hole, it doesn't support time based alerts and todos.
When I wanted to set appointments at a certain time there wasn't an option and I was so disappointed to realize that such a famous app not having this basic feature (unless you tell me otherwise). Unless I find out a way to have time based reminders I'm going to stick with Todoist.
Todoist as a product is so powerful than the many competitors out there but it's visual design is something not of my taste and so I was constantly debating whether to renew or not. Omni Focus is of my taste.
Hm, between those 3 products, Todoist is what I like the most. However, i never used Omni Focus.
Todoist interface is more appellative and user-friendly. Omni-Focus seems a little confusing for me. Things seems very powerful and the user interface is tasty.
Todoist is free and powerful for what it does. Simple and direct. I might start to use it more often.

Another good task management, that works with teammates, is Producteev. They have Native apps to Mac & iOS. Producteev is easy to setup and easy to use.
Personally, between Asana and Producteev,, I prefer Producteev.
Give it a try. :)
Producteev was a great find. I've used to use them before but left them because they weren't as good with personal task management and there were other viable options. Looks like they've pivoted to deal with our work-life than our personal-life and this time I'm staying.
Asana was too fluid for me, many times I make changes without even realizing it and their iPhone app is still not on par.
Trello was better but still lacking on the many ways to look into those massive list of cards. This is my second best as of now after discovering Producteev.
Very well done Producteev, I'll switch over for sometime and see if it's worth the premium account.
Thanks for the tip Luis.
I've used Things every single day for the last couple of years. Couldn't get by with out. Amazing syncing between my home Mac, iPhone, and my work Mac.
